Paal Espen Hambre has studied Media Science at Volda University College and has a Bachelor's degree in public relations, as well as higher economic education from BI Norwegian School of Management. He has, during the last 12 years worked as PR executive and later head of the area of corporate communications in Lynx Porter Novelli, before he started PR consultancy Hambre & Partners, the predecessor to Arctic PR. Erik Soerflaten graduated from the University of Oregon in the U.S. in June 2010 with Bachelor's degrees in both Public Relations and Magazine Journalism – as well as a Certificate in Film Studies. Erik also has military education from the Norwegian Army Logistics Officer Candidate School, and has worked four years in the Armed Forces.
